A F Connell Ltd were employed to undertake design and installation of mechanical and electrical services to the high spec and prestigious new building onto the existing campus of the private school which has occupied the site since 1845. The project included a basement carpark with lifts for minibuses, a full size competition swimming pool, indoor running track and external running track (located on the roof), sports hall, specialist gymnasiums, fitness studio’s and 20No. university standard science labs.

A F Connell Ltd were employed to design, install, test and commission the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services on this project to provide a fully functional development for McLaren Construction Ltd.
Services installed include underfloor heating, chilled water, trench heating/cooling system, supply and extract ventilation systems, university standard fume cupboards and extract ductwork, ground source heat pump and connection to existing bore hole system via plate heat exchanger, gas distribution including science labs, BMS, dry risers, sanitaryware and plumbing along with lighting and lighting control system, power, fire alarm, security systems etc.
