A F Connell Ltd were employed to undertake the design, install, testing and commissioning of all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services on this project. We were fully integrated into the design team to provide a fully functional facility on time and on budget.
The installations included a full heat recovery VRF air conditioning system within the offices and reception, fresh air supply and extract ventilation system and contemporary LED lighting scheme. Exposed coffered ceilings within the offices and reception were retained, so a particular aesthetical focus was implemented to the exposed services installations in these areas.
